1. Genel Bilgiler

ŞTİ. olup, Turkbox tescilli markasının kullanım yetkilisidir (bundan böyle kısaca "Turkbox" olarak anılacaktır). SİTE’de sunulan tüm hizmetler Turkbox tarafından sağlanmaktadır. Turkbox, SİTE’de yer alan veya alacak olan bilgi, form, içerik, SİTE ve kullanım koşullarını dilediği zaman değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar.
1.2. Bu SİTE’de sunulan hizmetlerden bedelli veya bedelsiz yararlanan ya da herhangi bir şekilde SİTE’ye erişim sağlayan tüm gerçek ve tüzel kişiler aşağıdaki Kullanım Koşulları’nı kabul etmiş sayılır. Turkbox, Kullanım Koşulları’nı dilediği zaman değiştirebilir. Yapılan değişiklikler SİTE’de yayınlandığı tarihte yürürlüğe girer.
1.3. İşbu Kullanım Koşulları 08.08.2023 tarihinde hazırlanarak SİTE üzerinden yayınlanmış ve yürürlüğe girmiştir. Kullanım Koşulları, Turkbox hizmetlerinden yararlanan KULLANICILAR ve iş ortaklarıyla yapılan ve/veya yapılacak tüm sözleşmelerin ayrılmaz bir parçasıdır.
2. Tanımlar
2.1. SİTE: Turkbox tarafından sunulan hizmet ve içeriklerin yer aldığı web sitesini ifade eder.
2.2. KULLANICI(LAR): SİTE’ye çevrimiçi erişim sağlayan tüm gerçek ve tüzel kişileri ifade eder.
2.3. LİNK(LER): SİTE’den başka web sitelerine veya içeriklere erişimi sağlayan bağlantıları ifade eder.
2.4. İÇERİK(LER): Her türlü yazılı, görsel, işitsel bilgi, dosya, resim, rakam ve benzeri unsurları ifade eder.
3. Genel Hükümler
3.1. Turkbox’in SİTE üzerinden sunduğu hizmetler ve içerikler ücretsizdir.
3.2. KULLANICILAR, SİTE’yi yalnızca hukuka uygun ve kişisel/kurumsal amaçlarla kullanabilir. SİTE üzerinde gerçekleştirilen tüm işlemlerin hukuki ve cezai sorumluluğu KULLANICI’ya aittir.
3.3. SİTE içerisinde üçüncü kişiler tarafından sağlanan hizmet ve içeriklerden dolayı Turkbox’in herhangi bir sorumluluğu bulunmamaktadır.
3.4. KULLANICILAR, SİTE’yi kullanırken Turkbox’in, diğer kullanıcıların ve üçüncü kişilerin haklarına zarar verecek herhangi bir faaliyette bulunamaz.
3.5. KULLANICILAR, SİTE üzerinden sağladıkları tüm bilgi ve içeriklerin doğru ve hukuka uygun olduğunu kabul eder.
3.6. KULLANICILAR, Türk Ticaret Kanunu kapsamında haksız rekabete yol açacak eylemlerde bulunamaz.
3.7. Turkbox, SİTE’de sunulan hizmet ve içerikleri önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar.
3.8. SİTE üzerinden verilen üçüncü taraf bağlantılar yalnızca bilgilendirme amaçlıdır. Bu bağlantılardan doğabilecek zararlardan Turkbox sorumlu değildir.
3.9. Turkbox, KULLANICILAR’dan elde edilen bilgileri Gizlilik Politikası kapsamında kullanabilir, işleyebilir ve saklayabilir.
4. Fikri Mülkiyet Hakları
4.1. SİTE’de yer alan tüm tasarım, metin, görsel ve kodlar Turkbox’e ait olup telif hakları ile korunmaktadır.
4.2. Turkbox’in yazılı izni olmaksızın bu içerikler çoğaltılamaz, dağıtılamaz veya ticari amaçla kullanılamaz.
Kullanım Koşullarında Değişiklikler
Turkbox, Kullanım Koşulları’nı dilediği zaman değiştirme hakkına sahiptir. Değişiklikler SİTE’de yayınlandığı tarihte yürürlüğe girer.
Mücbir Sebepler
Doğal afet, savaş, grev, internet ve altyapı arızaları gibi mücbir sebeplerden dolayı Turkbox sorumlu tutulamaz.
Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Yetki
İşbu Kullanım Koşulları Türk Hukuku’na tabidir. Doğabilecek uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul Bakırköy Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.
Yürürlük ve Kabul
Kullanım Koşulları, SİTE’de yayınlandığı tarihte yürürlüğe girer. SİTE’yi kullanan herkes bu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılır.

1- Actual Weight: Check the actual weight of your package using any scale (kitchen or bathroom scale).
2- Volumetric Weight: Measure the Width, Length, and Height of your package as shown in the image, in cm (centimeters). Multiply these values and divide the result by 5000 (five thousand) to obtain the volumetric weight.
Volumetric Weight = (Width X Length X Height) / 5000
In the example above, the volumetric weight of your package is (16X45X35)/5000 = 5.0 kg. Let’s assume the actual weight of this package is 4 kg; in this case, you must place your order based on 5.0 kg. By compressing your packages as much as possible and keeping them small, you can reduce your shipping costs.
To Send an International Shipment:
A) Register on our website Turkbox.com.tr and enter your personal address information along with the recipient’s address details into the system.
B) Complete your payment via bank transfer or credit card through our website.
C) Deliver your shipment to us.
After completing your payment and preparing your shipment, you can visit any branch of our contracted partner Yurtiçi Kargo and send your package to us free of charge, without paying any extra fees.

The first requirement for sending the cheapest international shipment is to reduce your package packaging to the minimum possible dimensions. After this step, you can safely send your international shipment abroad through Turkbox.
Those who want to send fast international shipments must use a cargo company that provides air cargo services for overseas delivery.
Your international shipments are delivered to Germany and all across Europe within an average of 1–2 business days, to the United States within 2–3 business days, and worldwide to other destinations within an average of 1–5 business days. To avoid situations such as war, emergencies, or exceptional remote regions that may prevent or delay international deliveries, and to learn exact delivery times by country, please contact us.
If you have made your shipment through Turkbox, a unique international tracking number is created specifically for your shipment. By entering this number in the international shipment tracking section on our homepage, you can track your shipment in real time.
Except for items that are prohibited from being transported under applicable regulations, there are no special requirements to benefit from Turkbox international shipping services. By becoming a member of our website, you can easily send shipments to 226 countries worldwide. You may send your international shipments either as an individual through your personal account or, if you have a company, through a corporate account created for your business.
Flammable, explosive, and corrosive hazardous materials; non-original copies of copyrighted branded products, counterfeit or imitation items; liquids or chemical-containing products without an MSDS document, etc. are prohibited from being shipped abroad.
