KİŞİSEL VERİLERİN KORUNMASI VE İŞLENMESİ POLİTİKASI
GİRİŞ
Kişisel verilerin korunması, Turkbox Teknoloji ve Yazılım Sistemleri Ltd Şti (Kısaca “Turkbox”) Turkbox Kurumsal anlamda önem verdiği Değer ve Politikalar arasındadır.
İşbu Kişisel Verilerin Korunması ve İşlenmesi Politikası (Kısaca Politika), TURKBOX’in 6698 Sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVK Kanunu”) ve diğer ilgili mevzuat hükümleri uyarınca kişisel verilerin işlenmesi ve korunması konusunda benimsenecek ve uygulama noktasında dikkate alınacak ilkeleri ortaya koymaktadır.
Bu Politika ile TURKBOX ilişkili tüm şahıslara ait her türlü kişisel verinin 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu’na uygun olarak işlenerek, muhafaza edilmesi konusunda işbu Politika’ya ve buna bağlı olarak uygulanacak prosedürlere uygun davranmayı taahhüt eder.
POLİTİKANIN AMACI
İşbu Politika’nın amacı, KVK Kanunu’na uyum için kişisel verilerin korunmasına yönelik yöntem ve süreçlere ilişkin esasları tespit etmektir.
Bu kapsamda TURKBOX kendi bünyesinde Politika’ya uyum için gerekli düzenlemeleri yapacak ve periyodik olarak uyum konusunda iç denetim mekanizmalarını işleterek Politika’ya uygunluğun devamlılığını sağlayacak ve kişisel verilerin işlenmesi ve korunması bakımından gerekli her türlü idari ve teknik tedbirleri alacaktır.
POLİTİKANIN KAPSAMI
İşbu Politika, TURKBOX’nin çalışanları, müşterileri, web sitesi ziyaretçileri, mobil uygulama kullanıcıları da dahil olmak üzere, TURKBOX’nin faaliyetleri sırasında topladığı, işlediği yahut kendisi ile paylaşılan Kişisel Veri’leri kapsar, söz konusu faaliyetlere uygulanır ve KVK Düzenlemelerinin gerektirmesi halinde yahut TURKBOX’nin veri sorumlusu temsilcisi yahut Komite’nin gerekli gördüğü hallerde, yönetim kurulu onayı ile değiştirilebilir.
TANIMLAR
Kişisel Veri doğrudan veya dolaylı olarak TURKBOX’in bir İlgili Kişi’nin kimliğini, tek başına veya TURKBOX’in elindeki ya da kontrolündeki diğer bilgilerle birleştirerek belirlemesine imkân veren her türlü bilgi anlamına gelmektedir.
Özel Nitelikli Kişisel Veri kişilerin ırkı, etnik kökeni, siyasi düşüncesi, felsefi inancı, dini, mezhebi veya diğer inançları, kılık ve kıyafeti, dernek, vakıf ya da sendika üyeliği, sağlığı, cinsel hayatı, ceza mahkûmiyeti ve güvenlik tedbirleriyle ilgili bilgiler ile biyometrik ve genetik bilgileri ile ilgili veriler anlamına gelmektedir.
Kişisel Sağlık Verisi kimliği belirli veya belirlenebilir gerçek kişiye ilişkin her türlü sağlık bilgisi anlamına gelmektedir.
Veri İşleme Kişisel Veri’ler üzerinde gerçekleştirilen, toplama, kaydetme, depolama, muhafaza etme, değiştirme, yeniden düzenleme, açıklama, aktarma, devralma, elde edilebilir hale getirme, sınıflandırma ya da kullanılmasını engelleme de dahil her türlü işlem anlamına gelmektedir.
İlgili Kişi Kişisel Veri’leri TURKBOX tarafından yahut adına işlenen tüm gerçek kişiler anlamına gelmektedir.
Açık Rıza belirli bir konu hakkında, bilgilendirildikten sonra, özgür iradeyle verilen onay anlamına gelmektedir.
İmha Kişisel Veri’lerin silinmesi veya yok edilmesi anlamına gelmektedir.
Anonim Hale Getirilmiş Veri, veri sorumlusu ya da İlgili Kişi’yi belirlenebilir hale getirecek başka herhangi bir kişi tüm makul ve olağan yöntemleri kullandıktan sonra dahi, Kişisel Veri’nin hiçbir surette kimliği belirli veya belirlenebilir bir gerçek kişiyle ilişkilendirilemeyecek hâle getirilmesi anlamına gelmektedir.
Veri İşleyen veri sorumlusunun verdiği yetkiye dayanarak onun adına Kişisel Veri’leri işleyen gerçek veya tüzel kişi anlamına gelmektedir.
Veri Sorumlusu Kişisel Veri’lerin işleme amaçlarını ve vasıtalarını belirleyen, veri kayıt sisteminin kurulmasından ve yönetilmesinden sorumlu olan gerçek veya tüzel kişi anlamına gelmektedir.
Kurul Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu anlamına gelmektedir.
POLİTİKADA YAPILACAK DEĞİŞİKLİKLER VE YÜRÜRLÜK TARİHİ
Bu Politikada yer alan hükümler TURKBOX tarafından gerek görüldüğü takdirde mevzuat hükümlerine uygun olarak internet sitelerinde yayınlanmak suretiyle değiştirilebilir.
İşbu Politika Ocak 2020 tarihinde yayınlanarak yürürlüğe girmiştir.

1- Actual Weight: Check the actual weight of your package using any scale (kitchen or bathroom scale).
2- Volumetric Weight: Measure the Width, Length, and Height of your package as shown in the image, in cm (centimeters). Multiply these values and divide the result by 5000 (five thousand) to obtain the volumetric weight.
Volumetric Weight = (Width X Length X Height) / 5000
In the example above, the volumetric weight of your package is (16X45X35)/5000 = 5.0 kg. Let’s assume the actual weight of this package is 4 kg; in this case, you must place your order based on 5.0 kg. By compressing your packages as much as possible and keeping them small, you can reduce your shipping costs.

B) Complete your payment via bank transfer or credit card through our website.
C) Deliver your shipment to us.
After completing your payment and preparing your shipment, you can visit any branch of our contracted partner Yurtiçi Kargo and send your package to us free of charge, without paying any extra fees.
