1. General Information
1.1. The owner of the SITE is Turkbox Technology and Software Systems LTD. CO., located at İkitelli OSB, The Office, Süleyman Demirel Blvd No: 7E D:136, 34490 Başakşehir/İstanbul, and is the authorized user of the registered Turkbox trademark (hereinafter referred to as "Turkbox"). All services provided on the SITE are offered by Turkbox. Turkbox reserves the right to change any information, forms, content, the SITE itself, and the terms of use at any time.
1.2. All real and legal persons who benefit from the services offered on this SITE, whether paid or free of charge, or who access the SITE in any manner, shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use. Turkbox may amend the Terms of Use at any time. Such changes shall enter into force on the date they are published on the SITE.
1.3. These Terms of Use were prepared on 08.08.2023, published on the SITE, and entered into force. The Terms of Use constitute an integral part of all agreements made and/or to be made with USERS and business partners benefiting from Turkbox services.
2. Definitions
2.1. SITE: Refers to the website on which services and content provided by Turkbox are published.
2.2. USER(S): Refers to all real and legal persons accessing the SITE online.
2.3. LINK(S): Refers to links that enable access from the SITE to other websites or content.
2.4. CONTENT(S): Refers to all kinds of written, visual, and audio information, files, images, numbers, and similar elements.
3. General Provisions
3.1. The services and content provided by Turkbox through the SITE are free of charge.
3.2. USERS may use the SITE solely for lawful and personal/corporate purposes. All legal and criminal liability arising from transactions carried out on the SITE belongs to the USER.
3.3. Turkbox bears no responsibility for services and content provided by third parties within the SITE.
3.4. USERS may not engage in any activity that may harm the rights of Turkbox, other users, or third parties while using the SITE.
3.5. USERS acknowledge and undertake that all information and content they provide through the SITE are accurate and lawful.
3.6. USERS may not engage in actions that would constitute unfair competition within the scope of the Turkish Commercial Code.
3.7. Turkbox reserves the right to change the services and content offered on the SITE without prior notice.
3.8. Third-party links provided on the SITE are for informational purposes only. Turkbox shall not be held liable for any damages arising from such links.
3.9. Turkbox may use, process, and store information obtained from USERS in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1. All designs, texts, visuals, and codes contained on the SITE belong to Turkbox and are protected by copyright laws.
4.2. Such content may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the written permission of Turkbox.
Amendments to the Terms of Use
Turkbox reserves the right to amend the Terms of Use at any time. Amendments shall become effective as of the date they are published on the SITE.
Force Majeure
Turkbox shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, strikes, internet and infrastructure failures.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of any disputes, Istanbul Bakırköy Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
Effectiveness and Acceptance
The Terms of Use enter into force on the date they are published on the SITE. Anyone using the SITE shall be deemed to have accepted these terms.

Paketinizin ağırlığını 2 şekilde yapmalısınız ve hangi ağırlık yüksek ise o ağırlık siparişini vermelisiniz aksi halde fiyat farkı çıkacaktır ve gönderiniz fiyat farkı ödenene kadar yurt dışı çıkışı yapılamayacaktır.
1- Normal Ağırlık: Herhangi bir tartıda (mutfak veya banyo baskülü) normal ağırlığına bakmak.
2- Hacimsel Ağırlık: Paketinizin resimde gösterildiği En, Boy ve Yükseklik ölçülerini cm(santimetre) olarak ölçüp çarpımlarını 5000 (beş bin)'e bölmeniz hacimsel ağırlığını verecektir.
Hacimsel Ağırlık= (En X Boy X Yükseklik) / 5000
Yukarıdaki örnekte paketinizin hacimsel ağırlığı=(16X45X35)/5000= 5.0 Kg dir. Diyelim ki bu paketin tartı ağırlığı da 4Kg geldi, sizin 5.0 kg üzerinden sipariş vermeniz gerekmektedir. Paketleriniz mümkün olduğunca sıkıştırarak küçük tutarsanız maliyetiniz azalacaktır.
Yurtdışına Kargo Göndermek İçin:
A) Turkbox.com.tr Websitemize üye olup kendi kişisel adres bilgilerinizi ve gönderdiğiniz kişinin adres bilgilerini sisteme kayıt ediyorsunuz
B) Websitemiz üzerinden havale veya kredi kartı ile ödemenizi yapıyorsunuz
C) Kargonuzu bize ulaştırıyorsunuz
Ödemeyi yapıp, gönderinizi hazırladıktan sonra anlaşmalı partnerimiz olan Yurtiçi Kargo’nun herhangi bir şubesine giderek paketinizi extra bir ücret ödemeden ücretsiz olarak bize gönderebilirsiniz.

Paketiniz 1-2 gün içinde İstanbul Transfer merkezimize ulaşmakta ve aynı gün öğleden sonra 15:00-17:00 arası yurtdışına gönderilmektedir.
Yurtdışına yönlendirilmesi yapılan gönderinizin takip numarası anında e-mail adresinize de gönderilmektedir.
Yurtdışına en ucuz kargo gönderiminin ilk şartı göndereceğiniz paketinizin ambalajını minumum ölçülere getirmektir. Bu aşamadan sonra yurtdışı kargonuzu Turkbox aracılığıyla güvenle yurtdışına gönderebilirsiniz.
Yurtdışına Hızlı Kargo Göndermek isteyenler mutlaka "uçak kargo" hizmeti veren bir kargo firmasıyla yurtdışı gönderimini gerçekleştirmelidir.
Yurtdışı gönderileriniz Almanya ve tüm Avrupa'ya ortalama 1-2 iş günü Amerika'ya 2-3 iş günü, dünya genelinde ise noktalara ortalama 1-5 iş gününde teslim edilmektedir. Savaş, acil durum, istisnai uzak bölge vs gibi gönderilerin yurtdışına ulaşmasını engelleyen veya geciktiren durumlardan kaçınmak ve ülkelere göre net teslimat sürelerini öğrenmek için lütfen bizimle iletişime geçiniz.
Gönderinizi Turkbox aracılığı ile gerçekleştirdiyseniz; gönderinize özel bir yurtdışı kargo takip numarası oluşturulmaktadır.Bu numarayı ile ana sayfamızda bulunan yurtdışı kargo takip alanına yazarak, gönderinizin anlık takibini yapabilirsiniz.
Mevzuatta belirtilen taşınması yasak olan ürünlerin yurtdışına gönderimini yapmak dışında, Turkbox yurtdışı kargo hizmetlerinden yararlanmak için herhangi bir şart aranmamaktadır. Sitemize üye olarak gönderinizi dünyanın 226 ülkesine kolayca kargo gönderebilirsiniz. Uluslararası gönderilerinizi şahıs olarak bireysel hesabınızdan ya da bir firmanız varsa şirketiniz için oluşturduğunuz kurumsal hesaplardan yapabilirsiniz.
Yanıcı – patlayıcı ve aşındırıcı nitelikli tehlikeli maddeler, telif hakkı olan markalı ürünlerin orijinal olmayan kopyaları, taklitleri, imitasyon ürünler, MSDS belgesi olmayan sıvı veya kimyasal içerikli ürünler vb yurt dışına gönderimi yasak ürünlerin tam listesi için anasayfamızın en alt kısmında bulunan "Taşınması Yasak Ürünler" başlıklı yazımıza göz atınız.
